Silk Plant Pots

Just as you would a regular plant, you can buy silk plants either potted or unspotted. If you already buy them potted you get the pot that it comes in and sometimes, it is not very decorative. They are commonly placed in brown pots which don’t usually come in any design. They look ok but they are not exceptional. You may think, why spend the money on a beautiful pot if the plants are not real. The answer would be exactly that. You should be inclined to spend the money for a nice designer pot because the silk plants will last years and years compared to some plants. The silk plants last forever if properly taken care of.
If you are using the silk plants as a decoration then why not make the best out of that decoration. If you buy the silk plant in a plain pot because it was cheaper you can still find a great looking pot and just place the old pot into the new and maybe decorate around it so it doesn’t look like two pots.
You can find some very nice porcelain, ceramic or concrete pots at your local nursery or even your local Wal-Mart or Home Depot. Decoration is what you make of it and if you are using silk plants to decorate then you should make the most of it. |
